This Monday, October 30, 2017, ENGECAMPO ENGENHARIA launched its renewed Integrity Program for management and leadership, which, from now on, will be disclosed to all other employees. At that opportunity the revision of the Code of Conduct and Ethics was presented, the implementation methodology through Integrity Pills, the firmament of the Terms of Commitment and the composition of the Integrity Committee, its responsibilities and communication channels.
From the launching of the Integrity Program, the company starts to adopt actions aimed at preventing, detecting and remedying practices of harmful acts that can be classified as corruption against national or foreign public or private administration practiced by an official or third party in the interest or benefit of ENGECAMPO, as well as to prevent, detect and punish harmful acts that may be brought by legal entities against their assets.
Following the schedule of launch of the Program will be held a workshop for suppliers and training for other employees this week. Also, within the Program, a series of promotional actions are planned to disseminate and monitor its implementation over the next six months.
